RE in Year 5

Year 5 have been learning about Judaism and, in particular, the Torah, which is the holiest document within the Jewish religion. The children have been discussing several of the stories found within the Torah and identifying what messages they are trying to teach or share. As part of their learning, the children have also been discussing the 10 commandments and discussing their opinions on them. Lots of insightful discussions were held across the entire year group and children worked hard to share their opinions in a considerate, thoughtful manner. Well done Year 5!
