An Engineer of the Future!
Congratulations go to Ilaria for gaining a DT Award.
In March, for the first time, Woodston Primary School pupils took part in an annual “If you were an engineer, what would you do?” competition. All the entries were seen and graded by engineers across the country. All the pupils are awarded for their work with a personalised, graded certificate.
I am delighted to share with you that Ilaria from Year 1 was graded as Highly Commended!
Many congratulations Ilaria! This is a fantastic achievement as tens of thousands of pupils submitted entries to the competition and went through two rounds of grading with engineers.
Ilaria attended the award ceremony and was presented with a framed certificate and a badge by VIP guests!
We are incredibly proud of Ilaria and the other children from our school who entered the competition. We are already looking forward to next year!
