Year 1 Visit to Church

^{On Tuesday 6th February, Year 1 had a wonderful (but chilly!) walk to Southside Methodist Church to learn about how Christians know they belong to a church. The children were very excited to explore the inside of the church and soon settled down to listen to Mrs Baron speak. After learning about how babies are baptised and welcomed into their faith, the children asked some wonderful questions. When they got back to school, the children drew a picture and wrote a few sentences about what they had learned that morning.}
