International Mother Language Day
A fabulous celebration of the languages spoken in school.
At Woodston, it has become a tradition to celebrate International Mother Language Day. This year, children were invited again to enter the competition to commemorate this event. Children were asked to produce a piece of writing in their first language. Our Language Ambassadors had a challenging task to choose the winning entries. After a long deliberation, the winners were chosen, as follows:
Sophie N (Reception)
Fatima H (Year 1)
Dominik K (Year 2)
Noah M (Year 3)
Vivechan M (Year 4)
Saanvi P (Year 5)
Nella K (Year 6)
Congratulations to the winners! Thank you everybody for your effort and enthusiasm!
