Nene Park - Free Reading Event
This event will take place between 10:00am and 12:00pm on 25/07/2024
The National Literacy Trust is hosting a FREE KS2 reading event at Nene Park.
The purpose of the event is to encourage reading for pleasure and the following activities will be happening:
- A performance by Mark Grist – Author/Poet
- An art workshop by illustrator Ellie Sandall
- Scavenger Hunt
- Children's library bus – Storytelling/Summer Reading Challenge sign-up
- Create Story Sticks
- Book and activity gifting
